When you have these dynamic factors such as great lyrics and melodies, instrumentalists and humanitarians wrapped up together, you can't help but to succeed."
Leslie White - IAE Magazine "To say that Hangin with Stogie has a sound comparable to Taylor Swift would be doing an injustice to the originality and unique songs that these girls bring to every second of their performances" "The Trio's sound is well beyond it's years"
John Budd - Virginia Neighbor's Magazine (Nov-Dec 2010) ““I have had the opportunity to see the girls in the very early stage of their career. For their young age their talent is amazing. I feel like the sky is the limit for such young girls with such great talent. I look forward to following them as they grow and mature into a national act.” ”
Jessica Cash, DJ WFLS Morning Show - Radio 93.3 WFLS Morning Show "These girls are a force of both vocal and instrumental talent" "The Dixie Chicks better put these ladies on their radar cause not only are they talented, they can also rock the cowboy hat in a fierce way"

JOHN NICOLE RELEASES NEW CD: ‘BREATHING YOU”

John Nicole’s new album, “Breathing You,” (www.JohnNicoleMusic.com) is what one reviewer describes as an eclectic journey into the fertile imagination of a musical artist heavily influenced by the musical experimentation of the Sixties.

Blues, rock, pop, ballads, country and electronic genres are all represented on Nicole’s new album. And surprisingly, according to reviewer Allen Sale, the album “hangs together quite well.” One listener explains in a review on Amazon.com that he was “constantly surprised with every song. Just when we thought we had his music figured out, we'd hear something we didn't expect.” Reviewer and Internet DJ Zack Daggy describes Nicole’s voice as “charismatic with a nearly-Bono quality.” Reviewer Jamie Anderson describes his voice as “low and pleasing like Kenny Rogers.”

One song on the album seems to have caught the attention of a number of reviewers: Happy Life. According to Daggy, "Happy Life is a mind-blowing and utterly amazing song that deserves to be on the airwaves, the silver screen and everyone’s media player. The vocals soar to incredible heights and the deeply moving lyrics easily make this not only the best song off of this album, but also quite possibly one of the best songs of the year!"

Heavily influenced by musical artists like Moby, David Byrne and The Beatles, Nicole’s songs comprise a rich array of instrumentation such as a string quartet, flute, saxophone, piano and electric guitar. And while 15 of the 17 songs are original, Nicole also covers two classic songs from the Sixties: Don’t Let The Sun Catch You Crying and Somebody To Love.

Nicole began work on “Breathing You” last year after he was laid off from his job which ended his 30+ year career as a marketing executive for a number of companies including AT&T. After a full-year of searching for another marketing position, Nicole says he is now gambling everything he owns for the chance to make a living out of his passion for creating music.

“I’ll never be a rock star at my age (62),” Nicole said, “but after living a life of dramatic ups and downs, my musical recollection and interpretation of the past 50 years seems to appeal to a wide variety of listeners.” As a result, his international fan base continues to grow daily since the release of the album.

Nicole’s zest for producing music keeps him busy in his custom-built studio inside a small apartment located in Highlands, NJ. He’s already mixing songs for his next album and has created a new outlet for new music called the Original Music Factory (www.OriginalMusicfactory.com) where he created a new theme song for CNN’s “Rise & Shine with Robin Meade.”   One song on the album seems to have caught the attention of a number of reviewers: Happy Life. According to Daggy, "Happy Life is a mind-blowing and utterly amazing song that deserves to be on the airwaves, the silver screen and everyone’s media play
